Zyprexa

Did you take this medication between June 2001 and June 2005?

Dear consumer and advocates:

We need 1 minute of your assistance to prevent the dismissal of the ZYPREXA consumer class action lawsuit. Call 866-208-9800 ext. 2869.

This lawsuit alleges that drug company Eli Lilly deceived consumers and doctors about the safety and effectiveness of the anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa (olanzapine) and they marketed Zypexa for 'off-label' uses not approved by the FDA. The Court recently indicated that the current consumer class representatives were not adequate due to separate personal injury lawsuits related to Zyprexa. To prevent the claims in the consumer class action from being dismissed, and ensure consumers a chance to recover the millions of dollars they paid for Zyprexa,

We need to speak to any
consumers who took Zyprexa
between June 2001 and June 2005,
and have no personal injury claims.

Please contact us immediately if you know of anyone who took Zyprexa. Please circulate this email among your staff and members as quickly as possible. (Please do not post on your blogs or websites.) We apologize for the short notice. The Court may rule on these claims this week.

Consumers, or advocates on their behalf, may contact Prescription Access Litigation toll-free at 866-208-9800 ext. 2869 or 617-275-2869 or wwilkinson@communitycatalyst.orgfor more information.
